Cancellation Policy

At Bitela, we take pride in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food products. To maintain product quality and operational efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before it has been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has entered the processing, packaging, or shipping stage, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following situations:

  • The order has already been packed or dispatched.
  • The product is customized or prepared specifically for the customer.
  • The cancellation request is received after shipment confirmation.

4. Cancellation by Bitela

Bitela reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Situations beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, logistics disruptions, or government restrictions

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full.
