Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with shipment details, where applicable.

Bitela currently delivers across selected locations within India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service coverage, and operational constraints.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Bitela may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns at its sole discretion.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Bitela shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Shipping Address
  • PIN Code

Bitela shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional shipping costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect product
  • A tampered package

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

8. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable at delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Bitela reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatching the order.
