At Bitela, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities. As our products are freshly prepared and perishable in nature, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations may be considered.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is:

Incorrectly delivered
please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged, spoiled, or does not meet our quality standards, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from what was ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery

Products that have been consumed, partially used, or altered

Customer dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences

Delays caused by courier services beyond our reasonable control

Delivery failures resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping stages, cancellation may not be possible.
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
