At Bitela, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and an exceptional culinary experience. Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our premium treats, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and complete customer satisfaction.
1. Returns
Because our products are freshly crafted and perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your delivery is compromised by being damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist you. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Goods: If the product arrives in a damaged state or fails our quality benchmarks, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Discrepancies: If you receive an item different from your order, inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following instances:

Claims submitted after the 24-hour window following delivery.

Products that have been consumed, partially used, or altered from their original delivery condition.

Logistics failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
4. Cancellations
To maintain our efficiency and freshness standards, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement.

Orders that have already entered the processing or dispatch phase cannot be canceled.
